Intellisys allows customers to follow one of two models when purchansing a new phone system. The On Site Model is that we have on site installers across the county that install and service your equipment. Our Remote model is for our VOIP customers that want to get more hands on. To them we simply ship them the preconfigured equipment and the customer places the phones on the desk and then we test and monitor the equipment remotely from our Network Operations Center.
You can certainly mix and match as we have many that prefer on site installation but ongoing maintenance and monitoring to be remote. We will develop a custom solution for you and your business. We encourage you to talk to one of our Communicaitons Specialist and they will design a solution that fits your needs and your budget.
